Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN><SPAN>I took four survey grade shots around the edge of every man hole and used those points to draw a best fit circle in CAD, and that is what I exported for the shapefile. Once I had all the circles in CAD, I set a point in the center manually and averaged the four elevations to add a z value to the calculated point.
