I took four survey grade shots around the edge of every man hole and used those points to draw a best fit circle in CAD, and that is what I exported for the shapefile. Once I had all the circles in CAD, I set a point in the center manually and averaged the four elevations to add a z value to the calculated point. The calculated center point is the csv file.
Description: ASP NAD 83 Zone 6 in US Feet, Vertical Datum is Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW). Date of Survey, 9/23 - 29, 10/5, 10/8 - 10/9/2014. Reference Field Books: UMIAQ FB 1205 pgs. 64-70; UMIAQ FB1206 pgs. 1-17 & 29.
