Service Description:

LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL

Lars,

This letter documents the delivery of WorldView-3 (acquired July 5 and 7, 2020) and Wordlview-2 (acquired June 27, 2020) imagery products for the Barrow area (Alaska) to TRIBN LLC.

The following data sets are included on the drive:

  • Ortho mosaic GeoTiff tiles: Barrow2020_ortho_AK83-6f1_1.tif etc. (natural color 3x8 bit RGB ortho mosaic)

  • Jpeg-compressed ortho mosaic tiles: Barrow2020_ortho_AK83-6f1_1.jpg etc.

  • DigitalGlobe source data:WorldView-3 30 cm 4-band ortho-ready standard product and WorldView-2 50 cm 4-band ortho-ready standard product

All ortho products are in AK State Plane zone 6, NAD83, USF. The pixel resolution is 1 foot, corresponding to the ground resolution of the WorldView-3 imagery. The WorldView-2 imagery was resampled from 50 cm to 1 foot pixel resolution in order to be integrated in the mosaic coverage.

Ground control and elevation data available from previous years were used in the ortho-rectification.
